Our parents Sal and Philomena Butera (Sam and Flo) emigrated from Italy. In 1955, they opened and Italian restaurant, Salvatore's Pizzeria, in Blasdell, NY, a suburb of Buffalo.They used the family recipes taught to them by our grandparents from the old country with only the finest and freshest of ingredient. In 1956, they brought their pizza to the Erie County Fair and to this day, Salvatore’s Pizza is available at many fine fairs and festivals the area has to offer. I’m sure our parents would be proud to know we are carrying on that fine tradition today with the Salvatore’s Pizza trailer. We are now proud to offer Salvatore’s Specialty Foods, which brings you make-at-home Salvatore’s Pizza Sauce and Pizza Dough Mix.
